• Orders delivered within 3 to 7 Business Days
• No weekend delivery
• Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses

Please note: Orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive at their destination over multiple days due to the varied locations of our warehouses. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.

• Return shipping on exchange or damaged items are absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.

• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.

• Shoe Care Products (Spenco) are not refundable; Rochester and Tingley Products are exchangeable for other products or sizes.

• All orders returned for exchange or return due to defective merchandise will be credited the full order amount.

• All orders returned for credit will be charged a $9.50 return shipping cost .
